How are Property Locators paid? For illustrative purposes only, as a Property Locator, let’s say that you locate a distressed single family residence that has a fair market value of $250,000. You can purchase and assign the property for $175,000 today. You submit the deal to our Submissions department on a 2-page form. Your deal is then accepted by an investor. You can choose to assign the deal directly to the investor for a 5% Locator fee and earn a quick $8,750; or you may choose enter a joint venture partnership with the investor and earn as much as 50% of the net profit after re-sale.
